"It is a community of hard-working, talented, non-judgemental actors. It can feel so isolating trying to make it in this industry, so seeing how hard everyone else is working and how much we want each other to do well is so encouraging. When I can bring an audition in to prep, I love the support of others and the space to be bold and wrong. I also love that it is an opportunity to act every week--regardless of auditions or gigs. It keeps the joy of doing the thing alive."
